Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for most products.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused and in original packaging.
• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Personal care, intimates, and grocery items are non-returnable.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
